Our proposal:
Our patented devices allow you to guarantee the safety of operators even in cases where:
- - the switches do not have devices for positioning the padlock - the switches have padlocking eyelets with a diameter that does not allow the passage of the standard shackle (5 mm.) - the fuses are removed - the valves cannot be blocked - knife fuses
In all these cases the maintenance worker proceeds to put the adhesive tape and the warning sign, creating a potentially risky situation
restarting the machine, Coberlocks offers you, in addition to the standard models, a whole series of locks that fill this gap.
Our mission is to offer you:
- - Simplify the lockout tagout procedure - Try out the various devices on the switches yourself - Optimize purchases: - Save on your budget: thanks to the lowest prices on the market - Assist you if you need to start the LOTO procedure - Staff training

LOTO products or
"LOCKOUT - TAGOUT"
better known as padlocks or switch blocks, they have been on the market for many years, they are devices that are applied when the maintenance activity is carried out to prevent the system from being restarted before the end of the operations to avoid risks of injuries to personnel.
Their strong point is the simplicity of use and the price, they offer a good guarantee but do not guarantee compliance with the sequentiality of the protocols required for safety.
EXAMPLES OF STANDARD APPLICATIONS:
EXAMPLE 1: SWITCH LOCK
The universal block applied to the switch prevents it from being reset, guaranteeing the safety of personnel.
EXAMPLE 2: BALL VALVE LEVER BLOCK
This model is applied on the lever after closing the valve, the arm with the metal pin prevents it from reopening.
EXAMPLE 3: BLOCK JAW
The jaw is used if there are multiple people or departments involved in maintenance, each team affixes its own padlock preventing restart until all the various padlocks are removed. The diversification of the color of the padlock allows you to recognize the people or the department that is carrying out maintenance.
EXAMPLE 4: EMERGENCY MUSHROOM BLOCK
The device is applied and padlocked after pressing the emergency button, so it will be impossible to extract it and restart the system until the maintenance operations are completed.
